If you use the assistant on this website — by typing or by dictating — or call our number, your messages and, when you dictate or call, your audio are processed by OpenAI, L.L.C., United States, which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement and generates the assistant’s answers. Calls are carried by Twilio Inc., United States. Your data therefore leaves Switzerland for the United States for the duration of that processing. The assistant on the website only connects after you start it; the microphone is used only once you allow it.
